iPad/iPhone subscription
(via AppStore)

There are 2 options to subscribe TacticalPad for an iOs (iPad/iPhone) device.

* On the app downloaded from AppStore, going to Settings, My Account, you will find the Subscribe button. This subscription is made via Apple and is a single-platform subscription, which means it can be activated on your iOs devices only.
* Only on our site tacticalpad.com (accessing from a PC or Mac), we offer a multiple platform subscription. Which means you can activate it on a PC or Mac and on an additional iOs or Android device.

Prices are calculated considering the multiple or single platform options. 

If you subscribed via AppStore, the subscription is not managed by us, but by Apple on your store account (AppleID). Your subscription is valid on any device with same platform (iOs) but you have always to download from AppStore with the account (AppleID) that is subscribed. It is mandatory to be same account and same platform. *It is important to notice that iOs and OSX have separated subscriptions

The subscription is handled by Apple and just informed to the app. If the platform is informing as not subscribed either the platform or the user (AppleID) used to download the app is not the one you have subscribed before.

You can check your subscription status on Settings, My Account. There you will also find a 'Restore purchases' button that will refresh the subscription status from AppStore.

When you subscribe to TacticalPad for iOs via AppStore, the subscription is handled by Apple, linked to your Apple ID and to the platform it was made (iOs). Your license is valid for that platform only. It is a single-platform subscription.

To install on the new iPad or iPhone, just go to AppStore, search TacticalPad and install it. You need to download from AppStore with the AppleID that is currently subscribed to TacticalPad.

You can check the subscription status on TacticalPad going to Settings, My Account.

** If your subscribed was not made via AppStore, but on our site, you shall check the section "Site Subscription"

The subscription made on AppStore can not be migrated. It is a single-platform subscription handled by Apple only. If you will no longer use the device, you shall access your AppStore account, go to Manage Subscriptions and cancel subscription or disable automatically renew.

Mac:

Mac and iOs have separated subscriptions as Apple have separated AppStores for OSX and iOs. The subscription is linked to your Apple ID and platform. As long as you download from AppStore on the same platform you made the subscription and with the same AppleID, it will be automatically recognized. Regarding price, naturally we split the multiple-platform price between the two platforms.

Android:

The subscription made on AppStore can not be migrated. It is a single-platform subscription handled by Apple only.  For Android you shall subscribe inside the app, via Google Play.

PC:

The subscription made on AppStore can not be migrated. It is a single-platform subscription handled by Apple. Regarding price, naturally we split the multiple-platform price between the platforms.

Mac subscription

To subscribe for TacticalPad on Mac, you have two options:

* Our site tacticalpad.com. On our site you will find the Mac subscription included on a multiple platform subscription.
* Inside the app, downloaded from AppStore, on Settings, My Account. This is a single platform subscription, which means it is valid only for your Mac devices. This suscription is processed and handled by Apple.

If you subscribed via AppStore, the subscription is not managed by us, but by Apple on your store account (AppleID). Your subscription is valid on any device with same platform (OSX) but you have always to download from AppStore with the account (AppleID) that is subscribed. It is mandatory to be same account and same platform. *It is important to notice that iOs and OSX have separated subscriptions (AppStore policy, prices were, naturally, split)

The subscription is handled by Apple and just informed to the app. If the platform is informing as not subscribed either the platform or the user (AppleID) used to download the app is not the one you have subscribed before.

You can check your subscription status on Settings, My Account. There you will also find a 'Restore purchases' button that will refresh the subscription status from AppStore.

If the problem persists, we suggest you to log out from the AppStore, restart Mac, log in on AppStore and re-download TacticalPad. There is a known issue on AppStore that provides the wrong status to the app, in this case, redoing the login on AppStore is enough. Remembering that iOs and Mac have separated subscriptions.

When you subscribe to TacticalPad for Android via Google Play, the subscription is handled by Google, linked to your Google Account and to the platform it was made (Android). Your license is valid for that platform only. It is a single-platform subscription.

So you need to download TacticalPad on Google Play using the Google Account that you are subscribed.

TacticalPad app is only notified by Google of the status of the subscription. You can check it on TacticalPad, Settings, My Account.

** If your subscription was made on our site, go to section "Site subscription"

The subscription made on Google Play can not be migrated. It is a single-platform subscription handled by Google only. If you will no longer use the device, you shall access your Google account, manage subscriptions and cancel subscription or disable automatically renew.

The subscriptions are separated. Google (Android) subscription is single-platform (Google policy). Only on our site we offer the multi-platform subscription.

**The price for separated subscriptions are calculated considering this scenario, price split between them.

PC/Windows subscription

To subscribe for TacticalPad on your PC, you shall access tacticalpad.com.

On our site you will find the subscriptions offered for your devices.

TacticalPad licensing system relies on data from your computer Hardware and Windows Operating System to create a very solid anti-piracy system. When suddenly your license gets invalidated it means that these information were modified, basically for two possible reasons:

*A major Windows update (most common),
*Another software installed maliciously changed hardware or windows information

How to solve it:

Access your account on our site on this link, go to licenses sections and press the button "Change Device" associated to your license. We will reissue it and send you the instructions to reactivate it.

** If you need to reinstall TacticalPad, Download the full version (not trial) from tacticalpad.com/update or on the link on the confirmation email. 

If you have a subscription made on our site and changed the device it was previously activated, access your account on our site on this link, go to licenses sections and press the button "Change Device" associated to your license. We will reissue it and send you the instructions to reactivate it.

Code 17 is the absence of a windows module called WMI. It can only be restored by reinstalling Windows. Try restarting the computer to check if it runs or is really missing. If it does not work, a malicious software probably removed/corrupted this component and you shall restore your Windows. 

Code 11 means an error to reach our server. Check your internet connection, Wifi stability/signal, if the connection is under a Proxy, configure the proxy also on Windows Control Panel, Internet Options.
